Partners (contacts.PartnersByCity)

Every row of this data table is a Partner.

Columns

  • Address (address_column) : See Address.

  • Name (name) : The full name of this partner.

Toolbar actions

  • Table (landscape) (as_pdf) : See (unformatted: <lino_xl.lib.appypod.mixins.PrintTableAction as_pdf ('Table (landscape)')>).

  • Table (portrait) (as_pdf_p) : See (unformatted: <lino_xl.lib.appypod.mixins.PortraitPrintTableAction as_pdf_p ('Table (portrait)')>).

  • Labels (print_labels) : Generate mailing labels for these recipients

  • Export to .xls (export_excel) : Export this table as an .xls document

  • None (grid_post) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.CreateRow grid_post>).

  • None (grid_put) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.SaveGridCell grid_put>).

  • Create (submit_insert) : Submit this form, i.e. send your data to the server.

  • Duplicate (clone_row) : Insert a new Partner as a copy of this.

  • Delete (delete_selected) : Delete this record

  • Merge (merge_row) : Merge this object into another object of same class.

  • None (start_invoicing_1) : Make Service reports (SRV) for this partner.

  • Debts (due) : This is the table being printed in a Payment Reminder. Usually this table has one row per sales invoice which is not fully paid. But several invoices (“debts”) may be grouped by match. If the partner has purchase invoices, these are deduced from the balance.

  • Trading rules (show_invoice_partners) : Show partners having this as invoice recipient.

  • Show data problems (show_problems) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.ShowSlaveTable show_problems ('Show data problems')>).

  • Trading rules (show_trading_rules) : Shows the list of trading rules.

  • Upload files (show_uploads) : Opens a data window with the uploaded files associated to this database object.

  • Check data (check_data) : Update data problem messages for this database object, also removing messages that no longer exist. This action does not change anything else in the database.

  • Fix data problems (fix_problems) : Update data problem messages and repair those which are automatically fixable.

  • None (grid) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.ShowTable grid>).

  • None (open_help) : Open Help Window

Filter parameters

  • Observed event (observed_event) : Extended filter criteria

  • Date range from (start_date) : Start date of observed date range.

  • until (end_date) : End date of observed date range.

Hidden columns

  • ID (id) : See ID.

  • e-mail address (email) : The primary email address.

  • Language (language) : The language to use when communicating with this partner.

  • Private (private) : Whether this row is confidential.

  • Responsible team (group) : The user group this row belongs to. This field may be empty, which means that it is not shared in a group, only its author can see it.

  • Country (country) : See Country.

  • Zip code (zip_code) : See Zip code.

  • County (region) : See County.

  • Address line before street (addr1) : Address line before street

  • Street prefix (street_prefix) : Text to print before name of street, but to ignore for sorting.

  • Street (street) : Name of street, without house number.

  • No. (street_no) : House number.

  • Box (street_box) : Text to print after street number on the same line.

  • Address line after street (addr2) : Address line to print below street line.

  • URL (url) : See URL.

  • Phone (phone) : The primary phone number.

  • Mobile (gsm) : The primary mobile phone number.

  • Fax (fax) : See Fax.

  • VAT regime (vat_regime) : The default VAT regime to use on invoices for this partner.

  • VAT id (vat_id) : The national VAT identification number of this partner.

  • Send via Peppol (send_peppol) : Whether sales invoices and credit notes to this partner should be sent via the Peppol network.

  • Peppol ID (peppol_id) : How this partner identifies themselves in the Peppol network. This is a string of style schemaID:value, where schemaID refers to a EAS.

  • Name prefix (prefix) : An optional name prefix. For organisations this is inserted before the name, for persons this is inserted between first name and last name.

  • Remarks (remarks) : See Remarks.

  • Purchase account (purchase_account) : The general account to suggest as default value in purchase invoices from this partner.

  • Select multiple rows (rowselect) : See Select multiple rows.

  • Locality (city) : The locality, i.e. usually a village, city or town.
