My invoicing plan (invoicing.MyPlan)

Every row of this data table is a Invoicing plan.

User guide: The invoicing plugin.

Columns

  • ID (id) : See ID.

  • Author (user) : The user who owns this invoicing plan.

  • Today (today) : The date to be used for the invoices to generate.

  • Invoicing task (invoicing_task) : The invoicing task for which this plan is to generate invoices.

  • Invoiceables from (min_date) : Don’t invoice events before this date. May be empty.

  • until (max_date) : Don’t invoice events after this date. If this is empty, Lino will use the day before today.

  • Partner (partner) : Generate only for this partner.

  • Subscription (order) : Generate only for this invoicing order.

  • Edit before registering (edit_before_register) : See Edit before registering.

    • Author (user) : The user who owns this invoicing plan.

  • Export to .xls (export_excel) : Export this table as an .xls document

  • None (grid_post) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.CreateRow grid_post>).

  • None (grid_put) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.SaveGridCell grid_put>).

  • Create (submit_insert) : Submit this form, i.e. send your data to the server.

  • Update plan (update_plan) : Update this plan (fill the list of suggestions).

  • Execute plan (execute_plan) : Execute this plan (create an invoice for each selected suggestion).

  • None (open_help) : Open Help Window

  • Toggle selections (toggle_selections) : See (unformatted: <lino_xl.lib.invoicing.actions.ToggleSelection toggle_selections ('Toggle selections')>).

  • None (validate) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.ValidateForm validate>).

  • Save (submit_detail) : Save changes in this form
