Content (trading.ItemsByInvoice)

Every row of this data table is a Trading invoice item.

Columns

  • Product (product) : The product that is being sold or purchased.

  • Designation (title) : See Designation.

  • Unit price (unit_price) : The unit price for this item.

  • Quantity (qty) : The quantity of units of the product for by this item.

  • Discount rate (discount_rate) : See Discount rate.

  • Amount (amount) : The amount VAT excluded or included, depending on item_vat.

  • Invoiced object (invoiceable) : The invoiceable object to which this line applies. Points to the invoice generator that generated this line.

Detail layout

    • No. (seqno) : The sequence number of this item with its parent.

    • Product (product) : The product that is being sold or purchased.

    • Discount rate (discount_rate) : See Discount rate.

    • Discount (discount_amount) : See Discount.

    • Unit price (unit_price) : The unit price for this item.

    • Quantity (qty) : The quantity of units of the product for by this item.

    • Price excl. VAT (total_base) : The amount VAT excluded.

    • VAT (total_vat) : The amount of VAT.

    • Price incl. VAT (total_incl) : The amount VAT included.

  • Designation (title) : See Designation.

    • Invoiced object (type) (invoiceable_type) : See Invoiced object (type).

    • Invoiced object (object) (invoiceable_id) : See Invoiced object (object).

    • Invoiced object (invoiceable) : The invoiceable object to which this line applies. Points to the invoice generator that generated this line.

  • Description (description) : A multi-line rich text to be printed in the resulting printable document.

Toolbar actions

  • Table (landscape) (as_pdf) : See (unformatted: <lino_xl.lib.appypod.mixins.PrintTableAction as_pdf ('Table (landscape)')>).

  • Table (portrait) (as_pdf_p) : See (unformatted: <lino_xl.lib.appypod.mixins.PortraitPrintTableAction as_pdf_p ('Table (portrait)')>).

  • Export to .xls (export_excel) : Export this table as an .xls document

  • None (grid_post) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.CreateRow grid_post>).

  • None (grid_put) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.SaveGridCell grid_put>).

  • New (insert) : Insert a new Trading invoice item.

  • Create (submit_insert) : Submit this form, i.e. send your data to the server.

  • Duplicate (clone_row) : Create a duplicate of this row and insert the new row below this one.

  • Delete (delete_selected) : Delete this record

  • None (grid) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.ShowTable grid>).

  • Move down (move_down) : Exchange the seqno of this item and the next item.

  • Move up (move_up) : Exchange the seqno of this item and the previous item.

  • None (open_help) : Open Help Window

  • None (validate) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.ValidateForm validate>).

  • Save (submit_detail) : Save changes in this form

Hidden columns

  • ID (id) : See ID.

  • No. (seqno) : The sequence number of this item with its parent.

  • Invoiced object (type) (invoiceable_type) : See Invoiced object (type).

  • Invoiced object (object) (invoiceable_id) : See Invoiced object (object).

  • Price incl. VAT (total_incl) : The amount VAT included.

  • Price excl. VAT (total_base) : The amount VAT excluded.

  • VAT (total_vat) : The amount of VAT.

  • VAT class (vat_class) : The VAT class to use on this voucher item.

  • Description (description) : A multi-line rich text to be printed in the resulting printable document.

  • Discount (discount_amount) : See Discount.

  • Select multiple rows (rowselect) : See Select multiple rows.

  • ⇵ (dndreorder) : A place holder column for drag and drop row reorder on React front end

  • Trading invoice (voucher) : A foreign key to the numbered voucher that contains this item. The related_name must be ‘items’.
