Every row of this data table is a User.

Columns

  • Username (username) : Must be either unique or empty. User accounts having this field empty cannot be used to sign in.

  • User type (user_type) : The user type assigned to this user. User accounts having this field empty cannot be used to sign in.

  • First name (first_name) : See First name.

  • Last name (last_name) : See Last name.

  • e-mail address (email) : Your email address.

Detail layout

          • Initials (initials) : The initials used to refer to you when speaking to business partners. Does not need to be unique but should be reasonably identifying.

          • Date format (date_format) : The date format to use when parsing or displaying dates.

          • Time zone (time_zone) : The time zone Lino should use in time fields or when displaying timestamps to this user.

        • ID (id) : See ID.

        • Person (person) : A virtual read-only field that returns the Person MTI child of the partner (if it exists) and otherwise None.

        • Company (company) : A virtual read-only field that returns the Company MTI child of the partner (if it exists) and otherwise None.

        • Start date (start_date) : If start_date is given, then the user cannot sign in before that date. If end_date is given, then the user cannot sign in after that date.

        • End date (end_date) : See End date.

      • Created (created) : The time when this database row was created.

      • Modified (modified) : The time when this database object was last modified.

      • Open session on new ticket (open_session_on_new_ticket) : See Open session on new ticket.

      • Current order (current_order) : The invoicing order you have been working on recently.

      • Current group (current_group) : The group in which you have been working recently.

      • Matrix user ID (matrix__matrix_user_id) : See matrix__matrix_user_id.

  • Change password (change_password) : Change the password to be used for authentication.

  • Check data (check_data) : Update data problem messages for this database object, also removing messages that no longer exist. This action does not change anything else in the database.

  • Fix data problems (fix_problems) : Update data problem messages and repair those which are automatically fixable.

  • Initialize password (init_password) : Set the password to be used for authentication.

  • Verify (verify_me) : Ask for the verification code you have received by email and mark your email address as verified.

Filter parameters

  • Active (show_active) : See show_active.

  • Date range from (start_date) : Start date of observed date range.

  • until (end_date) : End date of observed date range.

  • User type (user_type) : The user type assigned to this user. User accounts having this field empty cannot be used to sign in.

Hidden columns

  • ID (id) : See ID.

  • Start date (start_date) : If start_date is given, then the user cannot sign in before that date. If end_date is given, then the user cannot sign in after that date.

  • End date (end_date) : See End date.

  • Language (language) : See Language.

  • last login (last_login) : Not used in Lino.

  • Partner (partner) : The partner record with additional contact information about this user account.

  • verification password (verification_password) : A not-yet-active password given by anonymous when they asked for a password reset. This will become the active password when the user verifies.

  • verification code (verification_code) : A random string that has been sent to the user via email in order to verify their email address.

  • verification code sent on (verification_code_sent_on) : See verification code sent on.

  • Time zone (time_zone) : The time zone Lino should use in time fields or when displaying timestamps to this user.

  • Date format (date_format) : The date format to use when parsing or displaying dates.
