Working sessions (working.Sessions)

Every row of this data table is a Working session.

Columns

  • Ticket (ticket) : The ticket that has been worked on during this session.

  • Worker (user) : The author of this database object.

  • Start date (start_date) : The date when you started to work.

  • Start time (start_time) : The time (in hh:mm) when you started working on this session.

  • End Date (end_date) : Leave this field blank if it is the same date as start_date.

  • End Time (end_time) : The time (in hh:mm) when the worker stopped to work.

  • Break Time (break_time) : The time (in hh:mm) to remove from the duration resulting from the difference between start_time and end_time.

  • Summary (summary) : Summary of the session.

  • Duration (duration) : Virtual field returning the computed_duration.

  • Duration (decimal) (duration_decimal) : The computed_duration expressed as a decimal number rather than a Duration. This format can be more convenient when processing the data in a spreadsheet.

  • Ticket # (ticket_no) : See Ticket #.

  • Subscription (ticket__order) : The business document used by both partners as reference for invoicing this ticket.

      • Summary (summary) : Summary of the session.

        • Start date (start_date) : The date when you started to work.

        • Start time (start_time) : The time (in hh:mm) when you started working on this session.

        • End Date (end_date) : Leave this field blank if it is the same date as start_date.

        • End Time (end_time) : The time (in hh:mm) when the worker stopped to work.

Toolbar actions

  • Table (landscape) (as_pdf) : See (unformatted: <lino_xl.lib.appypod.mixins.PrintTableAction as_pdf ('Table (landscape)')>).

  • Table (portrait) (as_pdf_p) : See (unformatted: <lino_xl.lib.appypod.mixins.PortraitPrintTableAction as_pdf_p ('Table (portrait)')>).

  • Export to .xls (export_excel) : Export this table as an .xls document

  • None (grid_post) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.CreateRow grid_post>).

  • None (grid_put) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.SaveGridCell grid_put>).

  • New (insert) : Insert a new Working session.

  • Create (submit_insert) : Submit this form, i.e. send your data to the server.

  • Delete (delete_selected) : Delete this record

  • Show data problems (show_problems) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.ShowSlaveTable show_problems ('Show data problems')>).

  • Check data (check_data) : Update data problem messages for this database object, also removing messages that no longer exist. This action does not change anything else in the database.

  • Fix data problems (fix_problems) : Update data problem messages and repair those which are automatically fixable.

  • None (open_help) : Open Help Window

  • None (validate) : See (unformatted: <lino.core.actions.ValidateForm validate>).

  • Save (submit_detail) : Save changes in this form

  • Organization (company) : See company.

  • Session Type (session_type) : See session_type.

  • Observed event (observed_event) : See observed_event.

  • Date from (start_date) : Start of observed date range

  • until (end_date) : End of observed date range

  • Worker (user) : The author of this database object.

  • Ticket (ticket) : The ticket that has been worked on during this session.

  • ID (id) : See ID.

  • Computed duration (computed_duration) : The duration of this session as a Duration.

  • Reporting type (reporting_type) : The reporting type to use for this session.
