I added Subha as the third member to lino-framework on [url github.com/orgs/lino-framework/people github]. I did this because I estimate that he is competent and trustworthy. I even gave him the role of owner because that seems the easiest way of avoiding any permission limitations.

We should start to think about how to manage such things in the future. My opinion is that I must act as a BDFL and do such decisions... as long as we don't have a LSF #1165.
