Instead of #1374 we might capture every mail that arrives to x@SR, store it into the Lino database and display these mails in parallel with the comments. A simple parser of the Subject line would triage certain mails and assign them to their ticket. Linking a mail to a ticket (or to more than one ticket) must be feasable through the web interface.
