After discussion with Luc, we have determined we need to seperate what we're doing with xl.courses into xl.meetings. 

It would be nice to have a way for easily mark a wish as "Deferred" which just means "We had planned to talk about it but didn't manage". Lino should then somehow ensure that the ticket appears again on the "next" activity. Maybe a new wish type? No, because we actually want to keep the information that we (e.g.) planned this ticket as an optimization. So the wish type should remain.
