A new quickllink [Submit comment] might be useful, at least for me. It happens that I have some quick idea which I actually just want to write down. Assigning it to a ticket is only a second step, and searching for the right ticket is something I prefer to do later. IOW we also need a table "Unassigned comments" where I can do that work later. That assignment action might not be trivial to implement because the "ticket" of a comment is actually a GFK (can be any model). A first (suboptimal but working) solution is probably to add the owner_type and owner_id fields to that table. Maybe this idea is NOT good, maybe it is more straightforward to simply create a ticket in such cases...
