Currently the swtich from Votes to Stars feels incomplete.
For Tickets there's a the bug where the authour and asignnee arn't watching.
Only commenters seem to be auto-staring the Tickets.
Also Meetings/Milestones arn't auto-staring.

Logic should be:

Someone who has stared a ticket is 'watching' the ticket, and wants to receve notifications on it.
A user should be auto Star'd when:

• Creating
• Working on
• Commenting
• Being asigned
• Being reffered to in a comment (?)
