Was not able to find Tickets by just searching ticket number.

Looking at the code, it seems that for a digit search ​you must include a # prefix to your search. 

This is an ongoing issue with how to quick Search.

One solution is to create a new search field list: quick_search_fields_strict
A list of fields that need to have an exact match of search string.
