<br/>  appears when you select the first empty choice in form combo boxes.


In forms:
In order for the user to select a null value they must select and delete value.
Selecting the empty choice does not update the field on save.

In Param Values:
Selecting the empty value updates the search, displays <br/> on load, then emptys the box.
When deleting the value, it resets to old value when unselected.
