#1964 (Hidden grid columns do not display an editor, nor can be edited after being un-hidden. Both Choicelist or otherwise. )

Résumé
To reproduce,
Alltickets > Add state field > click to edit or f2.
Sometimes just empties the row, but not in the DB.
Afterwards JS is messed up and has to be restarted, menu items don't work, gridviews open incorreectly ETC.
Seem The issue is for all combo boxes not just choice comboboxes.
Also it seems to only break when the column was originally hidden.
