#2004 (CheckField boxes do not display as uneditable when disabled in gird view. In form/detail view disabled fields are too hard to read for low level users. )

Kurzbeschreibung
This Ticket is for two separate but related issues.
#2004.1
How do display fields as disabled/editable in a grid view. For most field types this is not an issue as the editor is disabled.
However Checkbox fields are displayed as if they are checkable, regardless of editablity.
Working example is the Private Field in Tickets.tickets that has a conditional editablity.
#2004.2
The way extjs6.5 displays uneditable fields in the detail/form view.
Currently the default clasic theme has the fields slightly transparent & completely blue.
The solutions to this might be.
A, change the SASS values for disabled components to something that's more logical for reading the details of a record.
B, change the way estjs/lino handles/displays read only components.
Both A and B have issues and challenges, but if we stick with extjs6 rather than switching to a separate UI frame-work it needs to be addressed.
Reason being for of low-level UX.
Currently :
In Grid View, if user doesn't have row write rights, as opposed to just a disabled field, a pop-up is displayed with "Bad request, permission denied".
If a chekc-box field is disabled and clicked, (with a user that has row right access) nothing happens, only a JS message.
