For example the UpdateProblem action in lino.modlib.checkdata. When called on an existing problem (error message), it deletes the current record and creates a new one. When called from table view it works fine. But when called from detail view, it causes an error message "index out of range". Solution seems to be the convention that refresh_all closes the detail window and returns to grid view.
