The compare.py file would also execute all the generated "data" files, but its "loader" is not a loader, and the create_x_y methods of that loader don't "create" rows, they just compare them to the current database content. And the result would be a report of changes in the database compared to that snapshot. That report shows per model one line with the # of added, changed and deleted records.
