In order to determine the "commercial value" of a Lino application we might introduce a notion of "features". The Lino core would have a system for reporting these features. They are not needed at run-time but in lino.utils.diag the show_complexity_factors function should be able to ask every plugin "which features do you provide? " and print a list of them.
