#2723 (Deprecate get_apps_modifiers() )

Résumé

Before starting with layout changes for welcht I decided to remove their get_apps_modifiers() because this starts to be nonsense. welcht and weleup should become two independent applications without a common ancestor.

4 ans, 10 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #2723 (Deprecate get_apps_modifiers() ) : I reopened this after our observations in #881 where @8lurry stumbled into an inactive bug, which indicates that we should remove the Site class in lino_welfare after merging it to the Site class defined in lino_weleup.
