When I try to add an upload for an invoice, the insert window opens and i can fill some fields, but when I hit "Create" (or Ctrl-S) the window does not close. Actually it *did* save the record, you can see it when you closed the window. The error occurs only when the success message is returned to the AJAX call. The JS console then says that the success handler is called and gets its two arguments (form, action), but the result property of that action is undefined. Occurs only on the production server. I could not yet reproduce it in a devserver. The [url docs.sencha.com/extjs/3.4.0/#!/api/Ext.form.Action-property-result documentation] says that result is "The decoded response object containing a boolean success property and other, action-specific properties."

So I guess that there is some encoding problem.
