lino.core.fields.PercentageField doesn't use lino.utils.quantities, it currently just a thin wrapper around `DecimalField`, and Lino adds a percent sign when printing it.  It would be more elegant if a PercentageField would store and yield lino.utils.quantities.Percentage values.
