When a table has an insert_layout but no detail_layout, then the insert_layout is being ignored. Better behaviour would be to raise an exception which states that this is not supported. Usually it makes no sense to open an insert window if there is no detail window. But actually it should be supported, and the result should be similar to stay_in_grid.
