Seems that the convention for asking notifiation perms isn't what we're doing. I guess because the asking for perms is too deep in the WS event handeling...

"The Notification permission may only be requested from inside a short running user-generated event handler."

Should look if there's a simple convention to ask for this, like off a on focus event on the page or something...
