Yes, but we also need a solution for Persons, Companies and Households. Actually the user should be able to toggle interactively between "grid view" and "find view".

That would be the default action for the Persons table. It would show the list of available persons, a quick search field, an insert button. Easiest implementation might be a grid with only one column "overview".
