#3536 (Make [Insert] the only hotkey for ShowInsert)

Résumé

Now anything + insert causes ShowInsert to pop pup. This is disturbing because Ctrl+Insert is an alias for Ctrl+C and Shif+Insert is an alias for Ctrl+V. So in Lino the only hotkey for ShowInsert should be a plain Insert without modifier.

Also added logic so that keyactions don't happen in details if there's dialog windows open. And made a hacky solution for using ctrl+s for submitting an insert window.

Ctrl+Insert indeed no longer triggers the ShowInsert action but Shift+Insert still triggers it. Shift+Insert is a universal alias for Ctrl-V, so we should not override it. Only a plain Insert (without modifiers) should open the Insert window in Lino.
