Besides fijal there is also soshilfe on this server (which currently expires only on July 23, 2020).

Seems that the fijal.mylino.net cert was configured for the domains on the warning list. Reason for not being renewed is that avanti.mylino.net is no longer on the server so it failed the confirmation challenge.
Updated the cert to only include filjal.
