I moved the dependencies panel to the first tab (and description editor to the second tab). Also added (back) the LinkType "duplicate". To be tested on Jane/Hobbit. Test suite still running locally on my machine.

Wow, this had been quite some work! But deploy isn't being used in production, I'll remove the SpawnTicketFromWish action until we need it again.
