Read a beid card and let Lino create the holder. Edit some data of the holder (e.g. birth date). Read beid card again. Lino asks "Update birth date ?". Answer No. Lino then doesn't behave correctly: displays an updated detail of the client (as if you had answered Yes) and launches a second reading of the card. When you then hit refresh, the detail form is reverted back to the manual birth date.
