#3700 (test getlino contributor use case)

Résumé

We deactivated the do_test_contributor_env in getlino because this needs more meditation about what a contributor actually wants to do. The docs currently try to tell them that they must "Set up a simulated production server", which is nonsense. A contributor wants to start his own project first.
