#4042 (React upgradation)

Résumé

We are currently working on updating react to version "17.0.1".

From version "16.3" react legacy component lifecycles (componentWillMount, componentWillUpdate, componentWillReceiveProps) are deprecated and there's an update procedure mentioned in [url reactjs.org/blog/2018/03/27/update-on-async-rend...].

A lot of the dependencies still uses the legacy component lifecycles which could be the major reason for the bugs introduced in the latest lino_react.
