After doing "npm run dev" the debugger becomes more useful, but still I don't see what's wrong or where to put a breakpoint. I clearly lack experience with debugging React applications...

But on any calendar event, when you try to edit it in detail view, you get a blank page and the JS console says "React.cloneElement(...): The argument must be a React element, but you passed [missing argument]."
