#4329 (Why does npm run build say "PostCSS does nothing"?)

You did not set any plugins, parser, or stringifier. Right now, PostCSS does nothing. Pick plugins for your case on www.postcss.parts/ and use them in postcss.config.js.

I don't see why we want postcss, even after looking at [url postcss.org/]. But why is it there? Can't we simply remove it?

It's doesn't seem to be a good idea to start using postcss `now` which will require a complete review of the react css.
