Hannes, it seems that when Jane (which is on laudate.ee) sends an email to Sharif (@outlook.com), then outlook.com mail server fails to identify laudate.ee and therefore refuses to accept the email. Indeed until now I asked you to not worry for the DKIM and DMARC settings for laudate.ee.

Can you please try whether you can configure also laudate.ee (with reasonable effort).?
