#4584 (Help button doesn't work when displayed in dashboard)

I set show_in_plain = True for OpenHelpWindow action, and it now nicely displays a "?" button after each dashboard item. But that button doesn't work. Clicking it causes a NotImplementedError: <class 'lino.modlib.help.models.OpenHelpWindow'> has no run_from_ui() method.
