Took me some time to understand why: it "extends" the default footer, therefore it is not rendered as such but can only redefine blocks that were defined in the parent. 4 Jahre ago von Luc Saffre about #4667 (Better "Source code" link in footer) : The "Source code" link in the footer (generated by rstgen when SETUP_INFO has a key 'url') now adds "&plain=1" because otherwise GitLab shows the "rendered" rst source code, which is not what we want here.
