• 3 ans, 8 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) : I finally added yet another method add_detail_link() to our Spaghetti of utility methods. It seems that we should move away from using the etree method and use Django's mark_safe system instead.
• 3 ans, 8 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) : working/MySessionsByDay still doesn't work correctly on a mobile device.
• 3 ans, 9 mois ago by Luc Saffre in reply to Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) : I worked a bit on the docs: [url dev.lino-framework.org/api/lino.core.tables.html#lino.core.tables.AbstractTable.display_mode]
• 3 ans, 9 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) : UsersOverview.row_as_paragraph() returns a html text that contains a link for signing in. And this view does *not* want to make the whole paragraph clickable in order to see the detail.
• 3 ans, 9 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) (1 reply) : Also we could improve the docs. When i look for display_mode in the dev guide i should quickly find how to customize it.
• 3 ans, 9 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) : Note the SummariesByUser panel, which currently shows a series of "UserSummary object (368341)" items. Okay the application dev obviously must define a meaningful __str__ method, but then this text should automaticalyl be clickable as a whole.
• 3 ans, 9 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) : Maybe we can use the detail_link field.
• 3 ans, 9 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) : The list display mode currently uses the __str__() of every row as text. But that text should be definable by the actor. For example RolsByPerson and RolesByCompany are different. And then that text should be clickable.
• 3 ans, 9 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #4793 (Optimize the list display mode) : Created new Ticket #4793 (⚹ Optimize the list display mode).
