In the "Questions of Participant feedback" panel click on the ↗ before "1) There was enough to eat."

One suggestion appears in the lower panel. Click on the green Money icon in the "Invoice" of that grid to make the invoice. The Money icon changes into clickable text "SUB 4/2015"...
