Actually I generated it using a run script in cosi_ee, which (until today) shows the data coming from commondata.ee. I first tried to write it using Wikidata, but didn't get the right SPARQL query. And then I am not sure how up-to-date Wikidata is...

Seems that gettext is not the optimal system for translating the admini...
