#5656 (Add "summary" and "html" to the selectable display modes)

Kurzbeschreibung

The "summary" display mode is currently used only in slave tables, where it gets activated automatically when there's not enough space or when it is the default. Can we add it to the buttons in the upper right so that end users can select it manually on any table?

For example the detail of a ticket in noi1r. "Tags", "Sessions" and "Comments" have no dm buttons but "Tickets" in the "Links" tab has them all.
