Optimize dashboard views of Tickets to work and My teams. Add subscription to insert window of ticket. My teams should show only open tickets, and it should be in list view.

Reorganize the ticket detail view. New field Ticket.urgent. Removed the AssignToMe action.

Show all tickets in list mode by default and add workflow buttons to Ticket. as_paragraph()

Remove the tickets.Site model and its views.

  • 2 aastat, 2 kuud ago by Luc Saffre about #5666 (Some optimizations in Noi) : Uff! It took me a while to understand why removing the Site model caused negative time credits in the demo data. It is because of #5705 (A filler must fill both provisions Extra and Regular ).

As a side effect (while i was there) I also removed the tickets.Site model and its views because it is no longer used.

New field Ticket.urgent (a checkbox to mark by the customer to indicate that they agree to pay a higher tariff because they consider the ticket as urgent).
