#5810 (Silly behaviour of the time fields in worked hours )

How to reproduce: sign into Jane, open your Worked hours table, try to modify the start or end time grid cell of an existing session. Lino doesn't let you type a value that is less than the old value. (Workaround: hit Ctrl+A and DELETE after starting to edit a grid cell).
