#5819 (Lino grid view doesn't use the result of override_column_headers() )

Summary

How to reproduce: go prima1, sign in as robin. In the dashboard, click on "Music" behind "1A". In the panel "Exams of Music in 1A" open the detail of the first an only exam in this course. The "Exam responses of Test" has three columns labelled "1", "2" and "3". These labels should be set dynamically from the return value of ResponsesByExam.override_column_headers() which is currently commented out because it works only in plain html view, and it breaks export to xls. You can remove the commenting and switch to plain html view to see what we want to have also in grid view. In the "More" tab of the Music exam you can see that it has two "challenge" configured (Flute and Choir). These names and the max_score must become the labels of the columns 1 and 2, and the column 3 remains read-only and without label because there is no challenge with seqno 3. The maximum number of challenges per exam is currently 3, which is a configuration choice.
