#5858 (Make links in text fields automatically clickable)

Kurzbeschreibung

Any text string that starts with http[s]:// should be turned into a <a href> tag. But wait... what about [url] memo commands? And if the sources plugin is installed, they actually should get converted into a [source] memo command. And should this happen only in the preview? What if a real link gets pasted into the body or inserted using Ctrl+K?
