I committed without running my test suite although i am not so sure regarding possible side effects. It now sets the ActionRequest.permalink_uris attribute and doesn't restore it. I might spawn a new child request or write a context manager ...

  It's because the link has target="_blank" but is javascript: (i.e. works only within the same window)
