#5921 (GL reports "Failed to sign in as robin" for noi1r and tera1)

It happens randomly, not always. But only on GL, never locally. It has to do with use_ipdict (noi1r and tera1 are the only demo projects that use this feature). We tried increasing the sleep() time but this doesn't seem related.

So chatter and tera1 are the demo projects where demotest doesn't skip the test_ipdict() case.
