This was a bit tricky because the calview plugin is needed also by working.WorkedHours. So IOW the calview plugin now supports being installed without calendar. (I'm still meditating about it...)

But only when the new site attribute noi.Site.with_cal is True. And this is the case in the noi2 demo project (which is the internal equivalent of the synodalworld,org website. TODO: demo data to have agenda items in the conferences.

Multi page document takes this static footer and does not update dynamic value. I am out of ideas, NOT sure what I can do to fix it.
