#6275 (Remove the bs5 demo project)

Résumé

This project is now useless. It was showing the bootstrap5 plugin as default_ui for noi1e (its name could have been noi1b). But it didn't even work. Also the ShowAsHtml action wasn't used by anyone. The bootstrap5 plugin is used only as a place for the static files and a template in config).
