#6295 (A bug when editing in Quill?)

Type a "-" followed by SPACE to start a bullet list item. Type some text. Hit HOME. The cursor jumps back to the beginning (after the bullet). Type some more text: oops, the new text gets ignored.
Seems to be each time after HOME in a bullet list item.
