#6302 (Replace Quill by TinyMCE?)

Plugin setting react.use_quill = True, and if it is False, Lino would use TinyMCE.

And AFAICS I like the PrimeTek business model. Have you ever used their Forum on GitHub? There is even a question about image resizing.
