#6351 (Define headings in a page)

Kokkuvõte
Let's talk about the quillToolbarHeaderTemplate. We can probably optimize it. E.g. add headings level 3-4. Can we define shortcut keys like "Ctrl+1" for assigning a H1 (of course only within the editor)?
But a fundamental problem with inline headings (i.e. headings that were manually defined in the Quill editor) is that they class with the headings that are automatically rendered by Page.as_page().
The title of a page is currently rendered by publisher using the H1 tag, which means that (1) either H1 should *not* be used for the content, or (2) we shouldn't use H1 for rendering the title. It think that (2) makes more sense.
So the "story" display mode and the child_depth feature for pages is maybe a bad idea. We should remove it when inline headings have become user-friendly.
