#6470 (Hide the 'working' plugin in noi2)

Résumé

In noi2 I don't want the "Working time" plugin. I first tried a site option with_worktime and to not installed it at all when this option is False. But that caused a problem because working injects the open_session_on_new_ticket field into User. When I don't install it, I'd have to remove open_session_on_new_ticket from all layouts. Or install a dummy field for it. It was easier to just hide the plugin.

In Noi the tickets plugin has menu_group = "working", but get_menu_group() now returns self when the specified plugin is hidden.
